Tequila DSGN®

100% agave white tequila. Agave from Los Altos de Jalisco, selected and harvested at its optimal ripeness. Distilled and bottled in Arandas, Jalisco, underNOM-006-SCFI-2012. Personalized at our Guadalajara workshop.

Process

  • · Cooking in masonry ovens
  • · Roller mill grinding, with constant must monitoring
  • · Stainless steel tank fermentation, natural malolactic
  • · Double distillation in copper coil stills

Tasting notes

  • · Color: bright white with silver highlights, medium body
  • · Aroma: raw and cooked agave, with sweet fruity and citrus notes
  • · Flavor: predominant cooked agave, citrus finish, smooth palate

Mezcal DSGN®

Artisanal white espadín mezcal. 8-year cultivated maguey espadín, from the central valleys of Oaxaca. Mezcal master Lorenzo Martínez Monterroza. Certified underNOM-070-SCFI-2016. 35% ABV.

Process

  • · Cooking in a conical stone oven for 5 days, up to 800 °C
  • · Grinding on a pink quarry stone tahona
  • · Natural fermentation in pine wood vats
  • · Distillation in copper and stainless steel stills
